    Thanks swizzy...for the reply. Now my friend is having a broadband and I tried the same settings with my console I could also see the rooms and join but I couldn't see host for me to join and play....how do you explain that.

    First of all i would like to thank all the admin, esp. JPIZZLE for making LiNK a huge success. The topic i am about to discuss has to do with LiNK and if it has been posted before i apologise.

    -Now i really have no idea how LiNK works,  whether through broadband or any internet access can enable link. Does it has to do with ports, static or dynamic IPs, DNS, NAT, etc. My country location is in Ghana and i also do not know if this is also the problem.

    Now my problem is i have a 3g router(huawei B683) which uses a sim card(USIM) and that is what i use for SyStem LiNK games like CODBO2 and GHOST. I don't get passes in port forwarding but i am still able to play LiNK games. On the other hand i have another sim card(USIM), whenever i insert this USIM i can see rooms and i am able to join room but when i go to room host i cant see any games for me to join and play. The other USIM can see host and join host for me to play games with the same settings. 

    So my question is, is there anything i am not doing right or LiNK works only with static IPS. Thank you and your help would be much appreciated.

    1. The contents of each dvd are this:DVD1 = Mandatory content Installation. You need this dvd to play the gameDVD2 = Single player + GTA OnlineWhich means the first dvd is just a normal DLC/additional installation and not an actual game.2. Setup each DVD like this.DVD1:This DVD has to be installed on your console's internal HDD or a USB drive which was formatted using your console. The size of the USB drive should be enough for the entire disc.     << I have a question about first DVD ... I don't get it, sorry :( I normally converted all ISO's with ISO2GOD.. then to flash drive, then to my XBOX hdd and played... thanks in advance and sorry, if it's a stupid question.

     

    Perfect solution and it worked for me without enabling fakelive....just follow the tutorial and do not use iso2god for the GTA V disc 1 instead use xbox360 iso extract ....

    nope it doesn't work that way... I think Wat GTA has done is to not u play the game in god mode so do not use iso2god for ur extraction but rather use Xbox360 Iso Extract. wen it's done u we'd get the same content as posted above then follow the procedure above and it might work. I am currently extracting using xbox360 Iso Extract and will post if the above method works. Hooe u get it now.

    I recently downloaded the apocalypse map pack and using tu 15 but I hardly get any host rooms with pal to play with. though I can join but I can't find any host. Is it my network or its LiNK.     Greetings....i decided to play Need for Speed: The Run and i mistakenly pressed  the xbox guide and i can see system link enabled for this game. I checked through the jqe360 and found out that there is no System LiNK for the game. So how is this possible if i may ask.

    I restarted my console and its gone.....Damn!!! LOL

    It's going to be great to see this opened up and modded, and all the crap taken out  :thumbsup:

     

    As for the TV part.. good job microsoft, I can now watch TV on my TV :clap:

    LMAO....so funny microsoft had to put up with this shit.....they should learn a lesson from Google TV...Hard FAIL!!! :respect:

    I am just happy having the ability to play online with many of you

     

    Would it be nice to play games online that do not have link capabilities? Yes...but it is not like that is not possible...you just have to pay for it.

    If people really want to have those features then put your money where your mouth is. Not trying to be rude...but people act like it is not a possibility.

    I have avatar updated but I will try updating it another time. I have Tcp and Udp passed. I recently downloaded new avatar customisations do you think it is causing the problem?

    well i am not sure about a customization avatar....am a noob and i cant really say much on that.....try deleting the customized one and try the original avatar and see what happens. hope that helps

    Do u have avatar and kinetic updates on your console?? Try that cos i was having the same issues and after i updated my kinetic and avatar it got solved. It doesnt matter whether you passed tcp and udp port. Hope i helped.

    Avatar data installed ?

    thank you....was about posting dat.....I installed avatar data and voalla.....just like magic......though I don't get passes on broadcast and data ports, I can still join and host games. very easy there......but one issue I found with the avatar data installation I didn't get the system update prompt on start up, instead I had to go to nxe and go back to f3 and try to launch a game before the update prompted me........any reason for that as a friend is also having a hell time doing this $$ystemUpdate......

    hi guys.....much respect to those who brought LiNK....my only problemis i have latest dashlaunch (3.07) on my rgh console.....when i try to play COD BO2 my xbox restarts to F3.....that is i can join the lobby and see ppl playing games....but when i join my xbox suddenly restarts to F3.......any possible solution will be deeply appreciated.
