help guys how do i fix this ?????

hi 

have another xbox in this one it does turn on only with the eject button then a blue screen of xell loader 

comes up start running then stuck on trying to find files

what is the problem and where do i find this files ???

my name is benny new here

my problem is that i just lunched xell from the dashboard got a black screen and nothing happens 

i turnd the consol off then tried to torn it back on and nothing happens

the power suplay light is orange 

please help me
