would someone please tell me how re register on unity forgot my login details will not let me re register as email is in use with jqe agian thanks for any help would be nice

yes  it was 3 years ago I sighed up for JQE cannot find the email when I search my emails lost the note I put it on  sent a email to unity and got password change tried everything just cant remember my user name my email is *partial e-mail removed* uniiy can fill in the blank to help me re register if possible got a lot to do to get my xbox backup and running thank you for your reply
