After download the file, u need to unpack it. (winrar, 7zip, total commander).
Then u have to copy the file (tu00000001_00000000) into your XBOX's minecraft folder.
(HDD1/Content/0000000000000000/584111F7/000B0000).
If your xbox set to refresh content automatically (as default) u can start Minecraft.
