Can i extract a game on my pc and then copy it wirelessly to the xbox hdd instead of burning it to a dvd and extracting it through FS?

i tried extracting it by magiciso but it seems that it missing many files, only extracted audio and video folders plus the system update folder.

another question, when i extract a game should i include the system update option? and what does it mean.

first of all thank you for making such a great software  .

newly upgraded my Xbox to freestyle dashboard with a new HDD to play copied games.

could you please tell me what i must know as a new user and if i should connect it to the internet or i will get banned? as the guy told me i cant connect to the internet. 

Also please advise how can i connect to the HDD from my pc to copy games instead of extracting DVDs.
