SMB Server is a Server for SMB/Samba, which means it's able to be used as a "Windows Share"... however, like MaesterRowen said, it's not going to be part of the 0.6b release as it's not 100% functional at this time...

Regarding friends and messaging, that's not part of Aurora... Look into the NOVA information thread, this mentions what we're doing for the LiNK community...

and how about the adding friends and messaging? is there a way?

I feel like there is going to be System Link, if so. the second the 360 version leaks/releases. LiNK will be broken and servers will be overloaded. (I would get ready you guys )

 

Although. At the same time I feel there isn't gonna be System Link, and if so. Were screwed from both ways. Or it will be severely reduced (6v6 and not 9v9, or no waiting lobbies like mw3)

 

I just hope it isn't like Bo2 and link MW3 where there's a ranking system. It gets boring not leveling up and prestige. Which is why I mostly main MW3.

well we 2 are the same I'm still playing Mw3 I love the Ranking system gives me challenge than Bo2. Beware of EDR44 haha

The fact remains, they mention "Co-Op" which refers to Campaign mode or possibly Zombies... but... 2? that's not likely to be seen with Zombies...

And, to top it off, on the right side you see "Co-Op Campaign", the campaign mode was stripped from the game, so this information cannot be seen as accurate or up-to-date

Yeah, i'd stick to more official channels for the game information. You just can't trust third party sites like Amazon etc. to be too accurate on release details.

Did you read the accompanying instructions?

Download the zip, unpack it's contents to the root of your Aurora folder... next you'll want to go to views and change your settings to use the new background and coverflow layout (if you want to use both)

Fakelive can also enable Mics on other system link games that requires xblive to operate mics. examples: Mw2, Mw3 and Advanced Warfare.
