Is link gonna have cross game voice chat?As I am gonna get a xbox 360 soon but the shop is too far so I won't be able to go there for a long time to buy a headset.

I am new to the xbox 360 scene,so I don't know much.Is there any chance that Fifa 13 and Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja 3 will be supported by system link in the future?

If a PS3 game supports online play would I be able to play with friends that I have added on my psn or there will be rooms to join?
