How to add a rotating loader instead of running line of scanning content...?

I faced the same problem. No need for any other software.

 

The first time you open XUITool, the first dialog asks for the skin XUI, which should be "Aurora-Skin.xui".

If you don't have it, create one by saving the following code as "skin.xui" then choose it when you open XUI Tool.

Did you install the XDK also or just VS 2010?

You can not install XDK without the developer console

You need to have Visual Studio 2010 installed (Express doesn't work) and you can find it on xbox360iso.com

I have installed Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate and i can find Xbox XUI Tool.

What am I doing wrong?

You probably need more then just xuitool for it to fully work... i've never used it as-is... i only used it with the xdk installer

Can you share a link for xdk installer?

Extract the skin with XZPTool or xuipkg, then edit the xur files with xuitool (part of the XDK as is xuipkg) or just replace the images (less of a mod which have very little impact really)

xuitool unable to open .xui( Do i need convert .xui to .xur?

I downloaded xuitool without installer from this forum. May be that reason.

How can I modify the skin?
