    I can't really take full credits for that tho, MaesterRowen helped me ALOT while i was doing that stuff, some of the more complex areas it was pretty much his fixes that made it work again...

    I've been told tho that some of the fixes we did broke other ports... despite me trying to make sure to add compiletime conditionals to avoid that (#ifdef XBOX360 ... #else ... #endif)

    Can you make a Aurora Additional pack with optimized Emulators ?

    Actually, not a bad idea, and I would think this is something you can do with the new lua utility scripting features that will be included with aurora 0.6b. ;) I could be wrong, but as far as I know, if they can post the statistics on the homepage here, you could get the same data on the 360 with lua. Main issue I can see is the refresh rate on the data, as simple loops like that can be very processor intensive, and could cause issues(lag, etc.) with aurora. Wont know until it comes out. Also would need a way to get the data from unity, which I dont think would be hard. The other problem is it might require a custom theme(So you can see the statistics per game), or a lua sorting script, that sorts games that are link capable, and then orders them based upon how many people are online.

    I think a static text based push to the xbox from the existing system with an intervall of 1 Minute should be a good solution =) ?!

     

    Seems like a great idea.Right now i have to keep my laptop by when am playing to see who is playing what on xboxunity.net.

    Thats the thing. The only way this time is to take a look on your PC/Smartphone or starting the game and hope that there are ppl. online.

    Make it more popular .. most people simply don´t know that they can play Online for free with an RGH console :D !

    The main mistake is that the people only have follwoing sentence in their head : don´t go online or do updates !

     

    I do my best to bring as much palyers to play Online as i can but its hard to reach the people.

    There for i asked for an Advertising system , Competitions inside Aurora via RSS Feed. (or pop up an banner with infos ?)

    And also for FSD users to let the people know that they can play online on their RGH with a few easy steps in ur config.

     

    I have crated a german youtube tutorial and for other languages there are enough tutorials on youtube and the forums.

    But when people don´t know what they can do they won´t come online.

    well.. technically it isn't the multiplayer people want.. then you have your cheaters.. which drags the experience down.. as well as people with crappy connections dragging your connection down.. lolz.. it is definitely not dead, this isnt the dreamcast haha.. but still it is a small niche that people play on link 

    Yep thats also a problem but less players are the main thing.

    Some of you say that Xbox 360 is dead, others say there are always less people playing MP on RGH.

    I think it is because most people simply don´t know that they can play Multiplayer for free !

    Fact is there are to less people playing via Unity/Link with their RGH consoles.

     

    So i had now the idea that you can add a little advertising to FSD (RSS feed) and Aurora with the Infos that there is a Multiplayer and a link to the How to Setup Guides.

     

    It is not too late and Xbox 360 is not dead ! Only when you let it die or kill it yourself it will be dead !

    If you are already been in 3D cinema, then you want to ensure that feeling also at home.

    The Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3 and other consoles offer exactly that.

    I have tested it the last few days with various games and especially with Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, the feeling is just much better with 3D

    All you need for this is a 3D capable TV , a HDMI cable 1.4 or higher and a 3D glasses (eg from the Cinema )

    Almost all LG TVs support passive 3D, that means you does not require any shutter glasses and therefore you can use a regular out of the cinema. Also Philips, Samsung and other manufacturers have devices with passive 3D technology. Mostly you have then in your remote control a 3D icon.

    The 3D support is enabled by default. Otherwise you will find the setting in NXE - Standard Dashboard.

    Whether your TV support 3D - active or passive features you can just try it. Start a game with 3D support and enabled 3D in the game options, your TV should switch automatically and give you a hint.

    Without 3D glasses the display is then blurred, you set 3D glasses on the effect should be immediately visible (in the game).

    * Btw. All PCs and newer graphics cards are 3D capable and you can have with a normal 3D glasses from the cinema the feeeling also at home.

    NVIDIA has directly in the control panel "up Stereoscopic 3D Function". For AMD / ATI I think it is a hidden option.

    Hello i want to fresh set up Aurora but iam not able to delete it oO ??!!

    \Applications\Aurora cannot be erased ! Doesn´t matter what i do i tried it via xexmenu, FSD3 ...... another Aurora Installation

    but Aurora and Plugins\UserData and Plugins\WebRoot are still there ...... And FileZilla print out an error when i try to download the Folder

    "\Applications\Aurora\Plugins\UserData\.. cannot be opened to write in.
    Error:    Transmission Failed" - (translated from german)
     

    Any idea ?

    xD Sorry .......... after a console restart i can delete it via xexmenu (launching xexmenu via NXE)

    So link 1 for 360 link 2 for PC? I've seen some of the mods you've done on YouTube but don't really understand that side of things so tend to appreciate from a distance

    Hmm k its alittlebit confusing i remove the emulators PC video its better. No both downloadlinks are for the Xbox 360.

     

    Would've been better providing links to the individual emu's this allows checking user comments as to whether they're any good.As for the download link "page can't be found"  (whether logged in or not) be better to use mega instead

    If you want to use a console for emu's consider an original xbox with coin-ops as it's consistently updated with bug fixes,the full version includes 4000+ games

    Cannot be i checked them twice. The thing of my Package is that i have done the work for you you do not need to search for emulators and their newest versions

    So the video's are just fancy music that show nothing other than the image? What makes this better than FBAnext MAME or Hyperspin for the PC? Just curious as I like emulators and playing old skool titles and would deffo go for it if I could see the benefits.......

    You cannot post something on YouTube without making a Video.

    And YouTube is the best platform to share Informations. And when you take a look onto my YouTube Channel; i make Tutorials, Tips and more and this is a thing to share.

    @ AntiVirGear thats to expensive :D i wont pay such loot for a thing i only use a few times.

     

    There is no video stream in System Link... the game sends positional data for where you are in the game along with a some other information as for what you're doing in the game, they don't stream your visuals...

    Ok thx for your answer. So i have to deal with it damn ey :D

    Something like that yeah, i don't use XBDM and no i will not test that for you, i have no reason to do so... sorry... i have capture hardware, somewhat shitty but it works... (Hauppauge HD-PVR, the old version that they don't even show on their page anymore)

    What do you mean with "Stream of the Xboxunity System Link Servers"?

    Ah okay .. i mean that you can maybe capture the video network streams when something like that exist.

    Is it doable to create an tool and plugin that capture screenshots in 30FPS intervalls without hitting the Xbox performance while playing ?

    Well, in XBDM you can go the other way yes, but it's not so much just going the other way... you have to actually capture the displayed data while Windows Media Center simply streams existing data, it just reads the file and sends it frame by frame, nowhere near as much work as capturing it on your console, especially considering your PC have ALOT more ram then the console does...

    Ah okay so the only way is to capture Pictures from the xbox and that is what XBDM does ..... but Xbox Image Grabber 2 (XIG2) and Xbox 360 Screen Capture GUI won´t work for me ..... do you have any idea ? Can you test it please ?

    And i have a nother idea now .. isnt it doable to make a Stream of the Xboxunity System Link Servers ?
