Yeah. Custom skins were deleted. But I was finally able to fix it by installing via the iso file and selecting delete previous installation.

Just installed F3 beta via the updates. Now my problem is the console boots and begins loading F3 beta by getting to the F3 splash screen, but then the console shuts off?? Any help??

Is anyone else having problems with the xlink portion?? It keeps freezing after I connect to xlink Kai on the connection tab. Is there a fix for this???

If I already have FSD2.2 install can I just simply rename that folder via FTP and then transfer the F3 folder in via FTP with the same name as the previous FSD2.2 folder?? And expect it to work?

Ok so just create a folder with FS3 in it on a USB and transfer it over with XEXMENU to the root of HD1? Then how would I run it if that's the process?

FSD3 works perfect here, i got just one problem that was not mentioned here before.

When i start fsd3 i can't access the xbox on my computer, when i start fsd2.2 the xbox is visible and i can access the disks.

I think this is a bug in fsd3 (or just a setting) can you please help me.

Can you explain the process of installing F3 Alongside 2.2?

All you have to do is over write your current FSD folder. You'll lose all of your settings and stuff, but you'll have a working version, -the bugs.

Also, it will delete your game paths (which it seems in your case isn't a problem) but your games and everything else will be un-touched.

Ok. I think my 360 is on 2.2. So I'll just download that and replace the folder.

I also would like to try out FSD3, so I'll have to look into how to install that alongside my old version.

Darn. Was hoping to avoid that, as I purchased the console with the Demon mod. And have never installed FSD myself.

Hello, I was having a problem with FSD taking forever to open up the xbla and Xbox games menu options, so I went to settings and hit reset to default.

now...

no matter how hard i try i can't make any game scan paths. All of the xbla,xbox classic etc. paths are gone, and when i try to make just one folder and i hit X it will NOT save the path.

ANy help.
