i double check both accunts 

I answer alot of questions, just not so many unity specifics (mostly ignore ones i can't do anything about such as username changes and having no activation mail)

i cant connect to unity either way (xbox or computer)

There's X Link Kai, but it's the same as LiNK pretty much... just not as good in most aspects... There's also other things which you'll get no support for here (XBLSE, don't ask about it)
