it works or not .. ???

i can´t enter to play COD Ghost... i can connect with my user and password from my Xbox 360 and to the Lobbys. But, when i try to enter into a game.... mark the number 5 and say Error to connect with The Host........ i install a trainer but only to get the Ripper and Maverick.... after that,,, i can´t play maps with other users....... WHAT CAN I DO .. ????
