I thought so too at first, but for almost a week cant download only this update.
all other updates are downloaded properly
at now trying download only on PC, dont use wifi, only lan port.
It seems this TU is really damaged

Make sure you start XeLL with a network cable attached, then you can go to http:/// and dump it from there, this will give you flashdmp.bin which you can use with xeBuild GUI to build a new image (updflash.bin) put that in the root of a FAT32 formatted USB drive ( x:\updflash.bin ) and start xell, that should trigger it to flash the nand

I have my console for many years and unfortunately long lost original dumps.
always updated through xeBuild and never had any problems.

There is an opportunity to change the resolution or refresh rate of GUI ?
My old TV not work correctly on 1280 x 720 60 Hz.
Ideally would enable 75 Hz or 1280 x 768 res.
