That was quick. I have got sysupdate, I was talking about common files, that were zip-ed into the "kernel number.zip" file and had to be extracted into "kernel number" folder in the xebuild folder. Since I was getting error saying can not read cb_6723.bin .... In the past, there was always that zip file next to new xebuild and dashlaunch

can you point me in direction, where to get 16547.zip file? Have not updated in the last year or so, and as I recall, there was always a link in update forum. Now I can not upgrade and I do not really want to dl from some random site I google.

I had the same problem, Xell-reloaded would not update from flash drive with update.bin on it, so I had to use NAND Flasher 360 for XBOX 360 v1.2.0. , worked like a charm

just run it from xex or fsd, locate update file and run

I have followed the guide, but the console have not prompt me for an update. Does this even work when I have already installed avatar updates before?

+I do not have the same problem on the profile that is offline (was not modified)

Hello there, so I have new problem, I have made an on-line profile on my JTAG by adding XUID into profile I had before. After dash update to 16197, I stopped getting achievements, which I did not care for, so I had not paid any attention to it. However, if I try to play new games, like Black Ops2, Halo 4, Forza Horizon, I get message saying, "Unable to write to your gamer profile. Please make sure it is not on a removed storage device or on storage device with low space." I still had around 6GB free space on HDD, so I ruled that out. I googled a bit and found out, that some people who modified their profiles had the same problem, however the advice they received was to recover a profile, which I can not do, since it is a JTAG. Is there any way to resolve this problem, or do I need to make new profile and sacrifice all my save games?

ok, maybe found a bug. When I play a game, looking at the system link games in CODBO2 and try to change a lobby in fsd system link, UI freezes and console shuts down after few seconds. Happened to me twice already

it is much better thank xlink, however there is quite a lot of lag, would it be possible to make game rooms based on location? (example: us, europe )I mean I have fiber cable 100Mbps link and I was lagging a lot, but other than that, great work guys

I am thinking about getting a PS3, however I would like to get some info on it first from people who know their stuff.

So first things first, do I need some hardware mod tools in order to jailbreak (or to hack or whatever is it called), or is it just software hack?

+is it safe to hack it, or should I find someone who would do it for me? (Got JTAG xbox at the moment, I have updated everything myself, but HW hack and XeXmenu were made for me)

Second, what kind of PS3 is best for the JB (I mean firmware version etc.) I have read that a lot of people are using CFW 3.55, but I have no idea what does it really mean, like how many newer versions are there?

And the last, but not least, will I be able to play online, or is it like JTAG/RGH xbox and I will be only able to use system link games?

I am sorry if I am spamming, but I need this info fast, since I have got good offer, it is fat PS3 made in October 2007, so I guess it is downgradeable for 140€.

Great, hopefully this will force more people to play on-line, I can not find anyone to join in Slovakia or near states, do not know if it just is not that interesting any more, or no one knows how to set up a xlink, but I am really glad you are trying something new and better
