Step 1 : Extract the “Content” folder using Xbox 360 image browser, or use WinRAR if the files are in an already extracted folder.
Step 2 : Open Horizon and take the HD contents (454109C600000000) files then
drag and drop them in horizon.
Step 3 : Click Contents>extract all, save it in a folder of your choice
Step 4 : Take the Extracted files and move them over to your Need for Speed™ Rivals folder
Step 5 : Delete the Race.Splash.xex file in Need for Speed™ Rivals folder
Step 6 : download the latest title update, either from Aurora or http://xboxunity.net/
Optional Step 7 : Delete the HD Content pack from *usb0\Content\0000000000000000\454109C6\00000002* (important)

Folder Structure for HD Content:
(Example) Hdd1 \ Content \ 0000000000000000 \ 454109C6 \ 00000002 \ 454109C600000000 (HD Content File)
or do this, open horizon, click inject files, select HD Content then download the latest Title Updateinstallation is finished now, if the game is crashing then here is a way to fix it, just disable conpatch in dash launch setting.hope this helps!
