Turns out i was on the newest update but my kinect wasn't properly connected when updating so the kinect software was older i bad to re-update with it connected and nów it works
When i connect a kinect to my modified xbox 360 it displays a pop up message that i need to update to the newest dashboard but i am already on the version 2.0.17559.0 with the avatar update installed.
My kinect won't work with my RGH
