    I thought about shutting it down as it gets exploited and hacked a lot, i don't have a lot of time, and its a lot of work. I don't make money its a lot of work, and fun sometimes, but its not a job, and sometimes it feels like it.

    We really appreciate your work!

    Is "4)" an upcoming feature or is it implemented already? Cause when I played in a room one time, I was kicking someone and somehow my console froze while I was in the HUD, so I had to restart it. When I entered the room, someone who "just" entered the room became the leader and not someone who was in there for about a hour already. Just wanted to mention this.

    As I said, I respect your and your team's hard work!


  2. Its not hard to make a program that checks a txt file and compares the players IDs with the blocked IDs in your list and blocks the ones you didnt block yet. We could update the txt file like every day or whenever we blocked more people, but this would send 1 request per block to the link servers, and if you "have to" block many players, and if many people use this, this could mess up the servers, or even turn into a DDoS.

     

    One very important thing I forgot to mention is this:

    You can still join a room of someone, who blocked you. Just by entering it with xboxunity.net.

    123456=A players ID number (I do not mean the Account name).

    If you wanna have a players ID number, you gotta check the room and player list of the game he is playing at the moment, for example Black Ops 2:

    415608C3=Title ID of the game.

    How to enter a room:

    Here you will have to enter the Room ID. You can see all IDs of all currently active rooms on a games "room and player list page". Public Room 1 of Black Ops 2 would be for example:

    This will work only if there is space for you in the room of course.

     

    I guess LiNK v1 is completely working like this?

    One thing I'd like to know is which link i have to visit to kick a specific player.
    It would be much easier if I could do that at my PC, because after kicking someone LiNK is loading the room's player list again, which takes about a minute sometimes (at weekends).

  4. Yes, but the user count shouldn't be possible to go up into 33+ which is the weird part... you have no idea how ppl join a room that's full? that'd help a ton in narrowing down where the actual problem is...

    Alright, here are some ways I know, some of them may be fixed already:

    -enter a full room with xboxunity.net (I think this has been fixed)

    -enter a full room with another TU, quickly change the TU and go back to the game. If its done

    fast enough then you will still be in the room.

    -the TU thing also works if you are in an other game I think. For example if you wanna enter a 32 players room in COD BO2, you can go to an other game that has system link, like Red Dead Redemption for example, and enter the room you wanted to join through xboxunity.net. Then just return to the game you actually wanted to play.

     

    As I sayed, these thing might be fixed already, but it would still be nice if you can check it.


  5. I saw this 33 players thing many times, once even 35 players :D.

     

    Another bug I know is this:

    When you close the game/shutdown your xbox without leaving the room on xboxunity.net or by pressing Y in the system link menu, you will be still kicked out of the room, but if you return to the game and try to enter this same room later through xboxunity.net, it will show you "part" instead of "join", even though you aren't in this room anymore. This is just a little thing, but I just wanted to mention it.

    I am downloading TU7 for all versions of Advanced Warfare right now and I am gonna upload them later, but I also found out that you need a compatiblity pack. So, cant it be possible to offer Comp packs through xboxunity? Most of the players are not gonna know where to get it and how to install it and will stay on TU6 I guess.

  7. If you want to use headphones + mic, I recommend you to put any headphones in your TV and put the headset on your neck, so the mic is directly in front of your mouth. To hear the voices through the headphones while your headset is plugged in, you need to press the xbox guide button, go to Preferences and then there you should be able to set the voice output on both TV and headset. This is useful for COD for example, if you want to hear the player movements and also talk to your teammates.

    I was trying to upload a Title Update of Far Cry 4. The TU is 295MB big. When I wanted to upload it it said "Error for: ["tu0000000a_00000000"]".

    Is there a file size limit? I uploaded 3 TUs (each 55MB) for AW yesterday without probs and now this error....


  9. This is the exact thing I did. I have xbdm.xex set up as plugin in DL 3.12 and I am using a "Freeboot (RGH 1.x)" image made with xebuild (Kernel 16747). I also did it the normal way with the cmd window, it still says "Unable to connect to the runtime on target machine Jtag" (Jtag is the shown name in Xbox Neighborhood). Also tried the IP address once instead of "Jtag", but it isn't working.

     

    Here for example a user who says that you can just take screenshots with an xebuild image:

  10. I just tried it, this was the result:

    I entered the name which was shown in the SDK ("Jtag") and also choose the quality and clicked on Start Recording.

    The console's IP is 192.168.2.100 by the way, it is under the CMD window.

    The program I used is called xbmoviegui. It is just making it easier to use xbmovie.

     

    EDIT: Let me get one thing clear. With Freeboot you mean a Xell nand, dont you?
