Dragon age INQUISITION "This disc is unreadable" problem

I have this problem, i put Content part of disc 1 into 0000000000000000/.. folder on my internal hd, and dics 2 i place in folder where i put my games, and the game runs fine. Then i downloaded tu6 and put it on 0000000000000000\45410997\000B0000\, and Aurora detected that tu. Then i get a bootloop problem, and i do a little research about this problem, and find out that i need to disable fsd plugin and when i do that, on the start screen i get xbox message "This disc is unreadable, please clean with a soft cloth". I realy dont know what to do about this problem, and if anybody know solution to this problem, please help me.
