ERROR: copying of xell-reloaded FAILED

Please help! every time I try to build the updflash.bin file, I keep getting this error. Below is part of the output log:

which app are you using? lmao.. 

like xebuildgui/jrunner

or some old ass stuff like autoGG??

It's xeBuild GUI... most likely you didn't extract all data before running the software... please do that...

Yeah, you were right, swizzy. Thanks a lot! I redownloaded all the files into a new folder and used that. Everything went okay except now my avatar's missing. Can you help with that?

You need the avatar update for your kernel.. Make sure the avatar update is meant for your kernel version..

There is a guide in swizzy's signature you can follow that..
