How big is the update? what's the error you're getting?

315 MB. When i click submit the bar goes on for 15 seconds and then ERROR: written in red.

i think this update is too big for the server to handle at this time, there have been similar issues with big updates in the past, i don't know when it'll be fixed, but... we know about the issue
