I want to start making conversions but before i do i want to make sure there is people out there that actually wants them instead of me wasting time making them, so if you want some mods converted either on fallout new vegas or fallout 3 please comment the link to the mod and ill see if i can convert it or not, remember i cannot convert any mod that requires NVSE.

If your not sure how to install the mods here Is a little tutorial

Step one put the content file such as 64574ccc in your contents folder 0000000000000000\425307E0\00000002\ if you dont have the 00000002 folder just create one, then put all meshes, textures, sounds and etc in your fallout new vegas data folder then your done! If your installing for fallout 3 to the exact same but instead of 425307E0 put it in 425307D5 and put the extras in your fallout 3 data folder.

Well i thought this would be easy but it seems the only way to increase it is with either console commands or having NVSE which neither we can use but if theres anything else i will gladly look into it.
