eEID_RKDumper dumps eid root key from GameOS

The cex2dex conversion process took me about two hours to complete with most of that time spent in otherOS, well thanks to flatz the need for otherOS to get your eid_root_key is a thing of the past.

Howto

-----

* install package and run it

* It will then black screen (no GUI) and restart the console automatically

* FTP (other otherwise) retrieve your eid_root_key / PCK1 from /dev_hdd0/tmp/eid_root_key
