LeoRios 5 Posted May 4, 2015 lately, i´ve been messing around modding my profile with horizon and after modding gears of war 3 my console is acting weird, it freezes often when i enter or exit a game and never loads many games such as GTA V, Forza horizon 2, everyAssassins creed... gavin_darkglider 1562 Posted May 5, 2015 For freezing games, try adjusting power mode/vcs in smc config, or reflashing nand, as with the xell issue also it sounds to me like a corrupted block on the nand. Also if you are running an unofficial xebuild version, then that can be the problem also. It could also mean some sort of hardware failure. For Xell: It depends on a few things. That is usually indicative of a segmentation fault, which if you are trying to load an elf file, usually happens if something is corrupted. If it happens in xell, it is usually indicative of a bad block, or some sort of hardware failure.
