Restart Aurora and grab the file named "debug.log.last", this will be the one the error is in... however, i'm going to go all out and guess you don't have enough space on the device you're trying to copy to...

Well there is 259 giga left is there any way to prevent it from happening again?

Honestly, i don't even know what the problem is when you say you have 259 GB free space, then the error was caused by something else, without the log telling us the error code there is no way anyone can tell you how to avoid the problem, even so, an error can occur at any time... for any reason...

here is the log file got it somehow  i had to use winrar bc it keep saying i dont have permission to upload this type of file

Checking your log it says this:

{ "time" : "15:01:44.986", "thread" : "0xF9000004", "type" : "error", "filter" : "PasteFileOperation", "message" : "Error: 1117.  Failed to copy Usb0:\\content\\0000000000000000\\41560914\\00000002\\41560914051BF3C0 to Hdd1:\\Content\\0000000000000000\\41560914\\00000002\\41560914051BF3C0" }
{ "time" : "15:08:45.968", "thread" : "0xF9000004", "type" : "error", "filter" : "PasteFileOperation", "message" : "Error: 1117.  Failed to copy Usb0:\\content\\0000000000000000\\41560914\\00000002\\4156091407406280 to Hdd1:\\Content\\0000000000000000\\41560914\\00000002\\4156091407406280" }
Which means that you had errors during the paste operation of copying Usb0:\content\\0000000000000000\41560914\00000002\41560914051BF3C0 to Hdd1:\Content\0000000000000000\41560914\00000002\41560914051BF3C0 and Usb0:\content\\0000000000000000\41560914\00000002\4156091407406280 to Hdd1:\Content\0000000000000000\41560914\00000002\4156091407406280

The error code was 1117 which according to this page: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms681383%28v=vs.85%29.aspx means there was a I/O Device error, meaning, either your internal HDD or your USB drive had a general I/O error, which means you should probably check your USB drive, see if it has any errors, if so replace it or check the Xbox 360 HDD and replace it... (this is a sign of the device starting to give up on life)

I had this same issue but with error 123. This simply was fixed by removing weird characters from the file i was transfering such as (US) or - and such.
