How to enable DevLink?

Recommended Posts

After setting up LINK and pass everything, I noticed that I need to enable devlink for it to work? I can't find where to boot since it pre-rgh'ed at a shop.

I found launch.ini at the Flash directory but didn't see any default.xex there. HELP :)

Open your launch.ini using notepad and under [settings], if its not there type it just like that w the brackets then type devlink = true and you'll not have to worry about it again

I edited launch.ini but i can't copy it to the xbox flash. I also accidently delete the launch.ini IN the flash and now I keep boooting to nxe dash. Is there anyway to uninstall dashlaunch from the flash and install a new one?

Burn a copy of xexmenu to a DVD and then connect to your xbox via FTP and write a new launch.ini file, you can also install the newest dashlaunch that way

Use xexmenu to install/load dashlaunch 3.04 then load it, once you load it, set your settings up and save the settings to flash. Dashlaunch will do that for you

My ow My i have used LiNK for 3-4 days now WITHOUT devlink enabled and it worked... I didn't find that many opponents.. But it's uncool that there are now players unaware that devlink should be enabled and they're playing alongside the ones that do have it enabled. Neither of which can see the other.
