When i search for it, all i can find are links to alibaba or other trading sites... so... there doesn't appear to be any real support for it... who manufactured it in the first place? it's probably a clone of the Matrix PCB or something... so, maybe their software will work, but... honestly, the seller should give you support for it... and you can break it if you use the wrong tools...
