Link Problem registration

Hi, i register my account in http://link.jqe360.com/

But when i register my account the page givme Error SMTP, and not recive the email to confirm the account.

Y try to register again the account and sendme the email whit confirmation link but i click and givme this message "Sorry no such account exists or activation code invalid."

When i try to login givme this error "You are not approved for login"

in the link page not are any contact to send email or somthing.

i try to register in jqe360.com, and i recibe this message

* ERROR - The username/email already exists. Please try again with different username and email.

I try whit other mail and giveme the same error.

I do not recibe the mail to confirm the account, and i not see any link or somthing to sendme again this mail.

If i like to register whit other mail but the same Nick i cant.

It seems that activation/forgot mails are not reaching hotmail accounts.

Also link.jqe360.com activation links dont work

 

I've lost my account name because of this. I'm a programmer and user registration is like 101, well... I narrowed it down the problem a little, hope it helps

I thought about how to respond to this. I think I will just keep it simple.

Registration and forgot password work fine. Forgot password only works for activated accounts.

There was a problem a few weeks(or months not sure lol) that broke activation. It was fixed but all accounts registered in that time are lost in limbo.

If you can Private message me with the account Name and the email address associated with it I will check it. If it is not activated I will remove it and you can re-register with that name.

as for Hotmail, 12,000 of our 20,000 users are Hotmail email addresses so that is really not the issue.

You should really edit your post and delete your email before spambots scan this site (if they havn't already), and take your email

Message --> we will send you an activation email   check

Email --> never got it, waiting now for 2 days. and pls- dont mention "check your spam", so NO , it`s not in the spam.

okay guys -  i still got no activation mail.

i can reset my PW though trough the "forget password" link.

email with new PW comes right in my Internet provider email account,

the GMAIL accounts dont work with that either. there no PW reset mail enters.

BUT - the neq PW i receive is of no use, cause STILL JQE.com says -

YOU ARE NOT APPROVED To LOG IN
