RGH console turn off while playing

Recommended Posts

Hi guys

Ive a xbox falcon that recently did the RGH .

The games are recognized and start, but random while playing its freeze for a few seconds than the console turn off.

The problem happened in all disc games that i tested , but didn't happen in any xbla game. I tested extracted and in god format.

Im using exiso and iso2god, and a pendrive 32GB.  FSD 3 rev 775 , and dashlaunch 3.11.

Any ideas ?

Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english.

Generally this happens due to a crash...

Could you show us your dashlaunch settings? (use the [ code ] and [ / code ] tags to make it more readable

devprof <--- not sure why you have this option enabled as you're not likely to have a developer profile?

exchandler <--- this one you should probably enable, it's very useful ;) (it'll probably make a popup say there was an exception caught, if that's the case... you should probably look into the game data of the games which causes it)

** edit: **

Based on your settings above, i'd guess your problem is related to a Fatal Game Crash, which are often caused by corrupt/missing data, this can also be caused by your memory beeing bad for instance, try other memories and/or slow format it to see if it works better

First thanks for the answers !

When i format the pendrive in the console, its says is not ideal to use , what would be a ideal external device to use?

Is there anything in the process that help with the corrupted/missing data??

I usually convert to god with iso2god and pass to the pendrive with horizon

The ideal device is one that is a partner of Microsoft :)

Most devices work perfectly fine...

Well, make sure you use the latest version of ISO2GOD and DO NOT rebuild the iso (set it to none) this way it'll generate a 1:1 copy from the iso rather then scrubb away "whitespace"

Personally i ussually extract the iso's using exiso GUI (or as i later do my own rebuild; XISO Extractor GUI)
