You might be needing to have the extra patch "nofcrt", what model of drive do you have?

how can I know what model i have?

Open your dump in xeBuild GUI, put in the cpukey and click on the button "Check KV" the model of DVD should be in the "OSIG" textbox =)

ok after i know my model....how can i extract patch "nofcrt?

You don't extract it, you tick the box "Disable FCRT.bin check"Anyways, if you have a DG16-D5S 1175 or DG16-D5S 1532 this patch won't work, but... in some cases the dvd has been replaced but the OSIG is the same, you could try to just use this patch and see if it helps, hopefully it does... (it doesn't break anything as your console don't read the discs right now anyways)
