Here are the templates: http://covers.jqe360.com/help.php?page=templates EDIT: From FSD HTTP UI (when networked with Xbox, type IP address into browser and log into FSD's HTTP server, the default username and password are both f3http), Hover over "Game Lists" on the menu, and click "Xbox 360 Games"from the list of games below select the "Game Name" (example: FIFA 14) and it will take you to where you can upload "Box Art" or "Full Box Art" once done don't forget to hit "save details" at the bottom of the webpage.
