Original Blade Dash Help!

Good day, I need help modifying the original blade dash so that it can work properly and have the options close to Aurora. I have managed to install the dash and try it out, it works but it's lacking a few features and it has a few bugs. The first bug is, that not all the games show up in the game menu, and when you leave the games menu the dash freezes and the Xbox has to be rebooted. When the game menu is navigated, and a game is selected, the "Y" option is greyed out, it would be nice to have the detail option enabled as Aurora has. I have no idea how to edit .xex files or where to start, I am hoping someone can take a look.
Installation:
Copy JRPC.xex, Poto.xex, xdbm.xex to root of HDD1
Copy 6717 Dashboard to HDD1 -> App
Using Dashlaunch under Plugin, add the 3 .xex files
Using Dashlaunch set the default to HDD1 -> App -> 6717 Dashboard -> dash.xex
Reboot the Xbox 360 and you will be on the blade.

Note: If you just want to check out this dash and not replace the Aurora setting for the dash. do not use 'X' to save setting. just do what i did in the video, use be to exit Dashlaunch. Once you reboot or press the Xbox button you can exit back to aroura.

I have manage to go through the tutorial in created an Aurora skin, but when i build it, its not showing up in Aurora for me to select it. I have included the build and the pre-build files as .zip. I dont know if anyone have time to have a look and see if the file structure is correct or not.

Yes,  it is not listed into Aurora, very strange. Maybe some expert can help to fix it since, that skin worth a lot !

I have manage to somewhat get something to work, but i think i need an expert point of view on this.

I am still working on it, Its taking a while because of how Aurora does its game section. I am new to the Aurora skin creation scene, so its taking time.

I am working on it, i was just trying to finish the custom RGH3 digital xbox360 slim 3D case project i been working on.

It was funny, the past night I was fixing and testing a very old console that has that dashboard !!!

Everybody that watched at least one time that Blades dashboard, everybody said the same, 'I want it back'. Microsoft always doing shit that way...

Ok friend, let's see if finally we can have that amazing theme of yours fully operational...

Thank you for you recognition, I didn't know this skin was in such a need. The difficult this is there are no full tutorials on how the create a Aurora skin or a flow chart on how the parts connect, i have to be figuring this out through trail and error, I don't even know who to reach out to. I will get this done one way or the other.

for a lot of gamers on 360 it's maybe the best dash ever. for me this dash is perfect, nice, clean, all options are in good place, no adds, after that microsoft add a lot of useless feature and a lot of adds and the hardware come to become slow

Did several updates on the skin, spend roughly 9hrs on it. there are several visual that needs to be fixed and am having a bit of an issue getting the file explorer to work, the script menu works. The personalize table have a bug, for some reason i cant change the skin, the option doesn't present itself when i click "Change". The Security tab works so far just need to adjust the visual. The Control Panel tab i have not started yet, i know thats going to be a pain finding what xur files manage to that menu. Dont get me started with the Gaming Tab, i dont see how Aurora loads the coverflow, if there is a coverflow CLASS or Function that i can load into an element then i can construct the Gaming Tab. Man i wish there was an instruction guide for Aurora.

I did what i could for today
