All titles show up but wont run

After useing the auto installer... selected "delete previous dash" The system came back up, found all my games.

but when i select a game it crashes and brings me to the XBOX dash.. Please Help...

...up pops a grey and black box in the middle of the screen and then defaults to the origional xbox dash.

Update: They seem to be able to launch from the file exploer just fine.. ????
