How do I make a splash.dds

1. I want this to load up in the splash screen before the xbox splash screen can you help me on how to do this

2. what size does my picture have to be? also can i throw a audio sound in there to blend with the picture?

3. I have to replace this right splash.dds or is it SplashScreen.xur

what software do I use to do this do you have a link please or can I use this Easy2Convert JPG to DDS

 

The mp3 audio I wanna use is 19 seconds long so, how long can the audio clip be?
