Plugin connectx

Recommended Posts

Hello, I want to use my nas server to store my games and run from it, so I use ConnectX plugin and it works perfectly. But I have a problem when I reboot the console, I lose access to the nas. After some testing the problem will bind authentication. Infact if I ConnectX parameter with a user and pass it works if I do not redemmarre if I redemmarre it does not work and I have to put another user. The only solution I've found is that in each of my Xbox off and removed a letter from the user and add at reboot.I hope you understand the principle of manipe and you can help me ^ ^

Sorry for my bad english, i am french.

Hi! Connectx only work with FSD 2.2? I try did work with 2.2, but again, without subfolders, also a freesh fsd3, with an user(s), without users. I check on Windows machine if my shares aren't working,  etc etc. I get an login window, I can login im my shares under Windows machine.... I'm thinking this is anything...anything small on smb.config.

Look, I have this scruture:

drwxrwxrwx+ 4 thiago users      4096 Mai 11 19:05 game1
drwxrwxrwx+ 3 thiago users      4096 Mai 11 19:09 game2
drwxrwxrwx+ 4 thiago users     12288 Mai 11 19:20 game3

all games extracted with Extract-xiso_GUI_US, and in some time I have ConX in FSD 3 working with openwrt router, but the speed is very poor. And i change my shares to a better hardware, where I'm running Open Media Vault, Debian based system.
SMB log information shows me that i have connected to my samba server. But I can't see my files, I can't set any patch.

My smb.conf:

root@NAS:/etc/samba# cat smb.conf

It works for me, but I had to do a little workaround. Add the old connectx.xex and connectx_patch.xex plugins from the FSD2.2 folder to FSD3 plugin folder and also keep the new FreeStylePlugin.xex!
