For people in the United States, you'd have to either wait for domestic resellers. The people in the UK, you don't have to wait. Depending on where you buy from, the price of Cobra-ODE ranges from about $100 USD to $140 USD. For more information about resellers and learning if you have to wait for shipping or get international shipping check Cobra's reseller website. If there's an asterisk (*) next to the website, you have to wait for international shipping. Most of the resellers still have "out of stock" but they are changing quickly to "in stock."
