compnewbie 0 Posted April 23, 2021 Hi completely new to the xbox 360 aurora etc but i have one and was loaded with games on 2tb usb all worked fine i started adding my disks owned to the console and that was fine and now all of a sudden i get fatal execution message each boot up of console and my games that i now install which says copied fine are not appearing in aurora only work when loading through file manager. i apologise if this has been covered somewhere but i have searched all day through various sites trying to find out the answers. compnewbie 0 Posted April 24, 2021 thank you will give that a try. told you was i a newbie, i found a game that had no files in it on the hard drive so deleted that file went to plug into xbox and the titles was still there on aurora me thinking that it would delete the cover etc well i thought i was taking the one game of my usb that had nothing in it turns out i have wiped my usb. Anyway of getting these games back or not? please be nice. im guessing you mean no games show up when you go in aurora most likely cause you havent got a game path to add a game path press start, then go to content, then press add on manage paths then just press select location and pick your harddrive/usb, press y on your games folder after that press save Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
compnewbie 0 Posted April 24, 2021 hi yes i had one as games i was installing was going on then a few games started to come up with an error copying think maybe they were too badly scratched not sure but then the game would say copied but they would not show up on aurora and everytime i reboot came up with fatal extraction message i am trying to recover all files from disk drill which seems to be bringing files up but taking forever also not sure if i just copy all the files back onto the usb if it will work or not s just have an empty aurora now, im not great with tech stuff at all. Rikintosh 3 Posted April 30, 2021 Open the file browser, then reach this directory: If you have aurora on internal hd: /Hdd1/Aurora/Data/Databases or If you have on usb hd: /USB1/Aurora/Data/Databases. On this directory, delete this files: content.db, settings.db. Restart the console. when you start again, press start, go to content, and add the folder containing your games, then go to update assets, and update.
