Load dashlaunch and choose install.

also try putting the launch.ini in the flash

My xbox gave me no problems, i did have this problem on my other xbox, strange. Same console, same stuff.

Also, change "noupdater = False" to True (Protect your console) :)

When do you press the RB or X button?

Do you wait until after, before, or during your "Custom" boot video?

Take it off. Don't let the console try boot an un-necessary plugin.

When you power on xbox, your RGH can take a few seconds to boot, the second the 4 lights begin to flash, press your RB or X button.

Also, make sure you've got xexmenu in that directory.

Another thing you could try, BUT_Y = Flash/dash.xex (Thats your nxe dash) id the bumper continues to give u problems

well we know the launch.ini is being booted.

You have xexmenu at Hdd:Content0000000000000000C0DE999900080000C0DE99990F586558

this path Hdd:Content0000000000000000C0DE999900080000 is not an empty folder?

Oh I thought you meant a folder called 'C0DE99990F586558' sorry :)

Do you power the console on via controller and hold the button in?

Keep it pressed in until something happens, if that doesnt work, power on xbox via controller, push in button the second the lights start flashing

Not even RB mate?

Thats a weird one, What I would do next is...

Delete the launch.ini from flash and in hdd (if you have them in both) and try configure a new launch.ini via dashlaunch.

LOL, Charge your battery :)

Its about timing mate, you need to figure out the best time to press the buttons, its usally the instant the RGH boots up and the console lights start flashing.

Your launch.ini is fine its booting F3, your timing is just off :)
