Someone that's good with a program like paint.net could you help?

Made my own custom cover because I wasn't satisfied with the ones on xboxunity.net. I use the spine cover flow so I like the spines to look nice (probably too picky but w/e) The problem is pretty obvious I just want to fill in the color black around the words "Virtua Fighter" but don't know how lol. Programs like paint.net the only options I can find they want to choose like a square or circle area to color in, but that won't work with this.

Nevermind just cut up Virtua Fighter 5 and Final Shodown and ended up with this
