  1. Hey!!

This is amazing work! Back then, I sold (almost gave away) my RGH 360 because I had bought the Xbox ONE. Felt bad about it and, recently, I bought my console back.

So, only to say I love what you've done and a big THANK YOU for not forgetting. I'm back and trying this "new" Aurora dash, looks nice!! Thanks for all your hard work. See you around.

Cheers and a huge thanks to the ones who made this possible!

  2. @RacerX

I can change the Presskey of the Sign Out Button to the Back Button:

    Posted Image

Of course i can add the modified CLayout.xml to my skin.

That would be perfect!! :D Thank you so much!

As for the translations, I edited the skin.xml file so I have, at least, the titles in english. So, that's good for me. As for the icons, I'm going to try and add others that I prefer. If you add the option to edit icons and tabs in tour skin, I think it would be even more perfect!!!! hahaha

    Anyway, thanks for everything! :D

  3. This is an awsome skin. I've been using it and I love it! :)

Apart from what has been said, I just have one (well, two actually) suggestion to make. Is it possible to change the profile "sign out" button? Sometimes I press the B button just for.......nothing.......lol and it signs out.

Also, and only IF you want to, you can use this with your skin:

    http://www.mediafire.com/?b60evd8olhld372

I've been using it and it works perfectly with your creation.

Again, thanks for this!! Great work!!!! :D

  4. WOW!! Just WOW!!!! That looks awsome! :o:D

I don't mean to be repetitive, but if you need another European beta tester, specifically Portugal, just say something. I would love to help with this great project.

Again, great work. Can't wait for this to be released. Thanks for everything, TeamFSD!! ;)

  5. Sorry I didn't see this earlier.... :(

That said, I updated the OP. :)

Now, it has a description, some examples, download link and an explanation on how to use it.

Hope you guys like it. Thanks!!

EDIT: I forgot to say... I couldn't figure out how to remove those shadows I spoke of before, BUT(!) I did figure out a way by going around it. That's why there are horizontal covers and things like that.

  6. tried this but it makes no difference tried adding it to the xzp and to fsd data xml folder but i just end up with the same old coverflow

Hey! I'm sorry. I didn't see this earlier.

Anyway, please use this file instead, it has a lot more layouts:

    http://www.mediafire.com/?po19gndtj3o33ad

(although I'm thinking of adding some more in a couple of days)

Now, about that issue... I don't really know what else you can do. Have you tried to reset skin settings? What skin are you using?

What I would do... I would delete everything related to the skin you're using, including everything in the dataskins"skin you're using".

Extract the skin you want to use with this, put the file in the XML folder, replacing the one there, build the xzp again and copy to your Xbox.

If you already did this and still have that issue, I don't know what else could be.

Hope it helps. And sorry for my english. :)

  7. can u please give us a link to download the layout???

    Sure! Here it is:

    http://www.mediafire...s5ney9dru3y37v3

It's just the CLayout.xml file. You'll have to put it in the XML folder of the skin you're using. (overwriting the one there)

I've "created" some other layouts, about 10 if I remember correctly, but I'm having the same problem I described here with some of them. I was waiting for an answer but I guess I'll just have to forget the buggy ones and share the correctly working ones. So many ideias wasted.... :(

  8. UPDATE:

So.........I wanted to have a bigger update, but I've been busy lately
with my new job so it'll have to be just a very small update. Sorry for
    that!

Anyway, I added a few more layouts but the thing I think it is more
important is the adjustments I made. I've made adjustments to the
angles, positions and a couple of other things to try and make it look
even better (see the modesty here?? lol).

So, see for yourself. Download it here:

Thanks for all the support, people! Cheers! Posted Image

PS: Yes, it works with all revisions of Freestyle Dash 3.

PS2: All previous files of previous versions were removed from my
mediafire account. This is the only file available now, sorry for any
    inconvenience.

Please check the update at the bottom of this post! Thanks! :)

    ORIGINAL:

    Hey there!

First of all, thanks fot the great Freestyle 3!! I'm enjoying it so much. And as a result, I became a fan of the coverflow thing... I got "tired" of the same default 3 layouts so I decided to add my own. I made this one: ("shelf style")

    Posted Image

Zoomed the back cover thing a bit so we can read the text and see the images:

So, why I'm here... I was trying to add more layouts because it seems people liked it (I shared it at xbox360iso) and I'm starting to actually understand how the coordinates work and stuff, BUT I have a problem. I was trying a new layout and I got where I wanted to:

    Posted Image

The problem are the cover "shadows". How can I move them? Or disable them? Is it possible?

    Thanks for your time!

    Cheers.

    UPDATE:

Well, since it got popular, I'll share it with you guys. :)

You'll get 20 different NEW layouts. That makes a total of 23, including the original ones.

But first, I have to say I wasn't very happy with the cover size in the details view, so I resized it a bit:

    Posted Image
(a little smaller but fits the screen better, while still bigger than the original ones)

Here are some examples of the new layouts:

    Posted Image
(YES!!! I finally got it right!!! Posted Image)

Some of these have to be seen in motion, they could look dull in the screenshots.

I call this next one "The Cube": (I know it's not exactly a cube, but...)

(this one, for example is better in motion)

    Two Stockpiles:

The LOVE Boat: (LOL) (also, could be an X...)

    Posted Image

I call this next one "Stairway to Heaven": (man, I love that song!!)

There are other layouts in this new file, but you'll have to see for yourself. Posted Image

I suppose you all know where to put this file, right? Anyway, it goes into the XML folder of the skin you're using. You don't have to extract the skin file and all that. Just put the file inside your skin data folder, for example:

    Hdd1:FreestyleDataSkins"name of skin you're using"XML"file goes here"

You'll have to replace the existing file for this to work.

Then, just reboot freestyle dash and enjoy. :)

    Hope you all like it.
