Hey Swizzy, Yup, tried that - copied the TU1 into: content/0000000000000000/584114BB/000B0000/tu00000001_00000000 Then re-scanned content and went back to enable it but it still isn't showing up Wonder if the TU1 is maybe not compatible?? or there's another option I need selected somewhere?? Any ideas or insight is greatly appreciated - thanks again!

The weird part though is that the game is still not detecting TU1 in Aurora despite being in the correct folder....... any ideas? Thanks again in advance!

hey again guys, Still not able to get it to work despite grabbing a another copy of the game. hrmmmm... I'm back! The game is not recognizing TU1....... wonder if the game version (PAL) maybe doesn't match it. I'm guessing I'll prolly need to find another version of the game?

Ahhhhh..... That's probably it. Last time I checked using Aurora there was no TU1 available. I grabbed it manually elsewhere - will test later on. If you don't hear back from me then that means it worked - Thanks man!

No worries Salah.... hrmmm... so I tried again using xbox 360 content manager to drop in the files but no luck. Was not able to get the game installer to launch either, all that happens is a brief black screen then Aurora reboots. I also unlocked the content too thinking that must've been the culprit but nooope! I'm stumped, anyone out there get it working?? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated - Thanks in advance

Title ID: 53510811 Media id: 6364795C Base Version: 0000000C Was thinking of trying different TU1's but there was only one available on UNITY. Also, tried grabbing different copies of this game but wasn't able to find any, seems to be pretty hard to come by. Any help would be greatly appreciated - Thanks in advance!

Cool! I didn't know Horizon had that capability. I normally use xbox360 content manager - I'll have to check out horizon. btw, I pretty much know where all the songs go for RB3. It's the folder with all the 00000002 (don't quote me here on the # of 0's) what I did was create a short cut to it in my ftp program AND a short cut to it on my external 2tb usb drive. Any songs I drop in there just works whether it be rockband or custom - mind you have to use the C3 CON Tools to convert the song files to LIVE or they won't load.

Hi Guys, I'm back! I figured out the problem. The reason why my Falcon RGH was only seeing around 1000 songs was because that's all the files that made it over! lol I was using XEXMENU to do the file transfer and trusted it when it said transfer complete but it lied! Anyway, long story short, always verify your file transfers. As I'm typing this, I'm re-transferring the rest of the files over via FTP.

Hi Guys, This is an old topic but here's my situation - I have two RGH's, a Corona 4gb RGH running RB3 no TU and it loads up ALL my songs AND customs no problem and manages to load to full capacity of roughly (just under) 3000 songs. However, I tried doing the same thing on my Falcon RGH but for whatever reason it only loads up to around 1000 songs. I tried using TU4 also, no luck. Side note: a long time ago when RB3 came out for the Corona it wasn't able to load songs in general and a modified .xex was created by someone to get it to work specifically for Corona and that's what I've been using since - I'll try using that xex on the Falcon and report back but I don't think that would fix it (I guess I'll find out soon enough - lol) Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! btw, If you're looking for REALLY recent songs for Rock Band there is a group called "Custom Creators Collective" and they have a HUGE selection of rock band songs and tools to convert any format, it's crazy!!

N/M, I figured out the problem - Disc two for whatever reason was incomplete when I extracted it. I re-downloaded, re-extracted the 2nd disc and everything works now as per the tutorial - thanks for your help guys!

Ahhhhhh...... okay, that makes sense - I just wanted to be sure it wasn't my setup. It's frustrating to see so many people and not be able to connect. At least I'm able to connect to the regulars in Brazil to play my fav game: Ghost Recon Future Soldier My second fav would be Red Dead redemption - though I haven't seen many people that I could connect to lately but when there WERE it was good times! hrmmmm.... next on my to do list would be getting Wolfenstein - The New World Order Disc Swapping to work but I'll either start a new thread or reply to an old one. I also picked up a modded ps3 running latest Rebug so I'll be posting some questions for it as well. re: how to get DLC's and PSN games working Thanks again for your help!

UPDATE: So I poked around my router settings yesterday and found the option to turn on Dynamic ip for DNS. I experimented between dynamic dns from my isp Acanac vs Google DNS. I was able to connect to system link on both options and tried connecting to games that had most system link users. In this case I randomly chose Gears of War 3 but discovered that it only showed 1 - 2 games despite 25-30 link users connected - they can't ALL be idoling right?? When I tried connecting to either game I got connection time out or connection error. So I tried a different game like Black Ops and Diablo 3- same deal, tons of people but only showing one or two games which I can't connect to. I'm going to further test the speed of each option using bench mark test tools suggested by Felida but in the mean time.... Any ideas?

I found this site: http://setuprouter.com/router/2wire/2701hg-g/dns.htm that talks about how to change your dns (which isn't what we want) for 2WIRE 2701HG but it did mention that the router/modem uses ddns by default so I'll try resetting it when my wife isn't around otherwise I'll get an ear full if she can't watch keeping up with the Kardashians or Gilmore Girls..... lol

Thanks for the tip Felida, I vaguely remember though in the past (a long time ago) one of the reps from my isp advised for me to use google DNS and I think it might've had to do something with my particular modem/router. I'll see if I can find an updated DNS for my isp Acanac and try it out but so far I haven't been able to find anything. I might have to give them a ring! It appears this is the only thing I found for anyone also with Acanac: https://community.acanac.com/acanac/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=27726 Acanac DSL DNS Servers 209.197.128.2 209.197.128.5 And these were the addresses that did NOT work for me until reverting back to google DNS. I'll follow up with them to see if there are any new ip's since last year. Hopefully, they'll have something - if not, then I'll be sticking with google.

Hrrrmm.. strange - everything seems to be working again. I just started re-downloading all missing cover art and slowly, one by one they all appeared. Why do I have a strange feeling it had to do with my DNS?? (Re: my post switching back to using google DNS)

My isp is with Acanac and I'm using an old Bell DSL router/modem combo model 2701HG jail broken with Qwest Firmware. These router/modems are notorious for having bad power supplies. You'll know your power supply is faulty if you experience power light flashing and not being able to obtain an ip address. if you're handy with soldering and such you can replace the faulty default capacitor the adaptors are fitted with.

Hey Guys, Just wanted to share my experience in getting my system link working again. The problem I had was not being able to connect to other people's game even though I had a pass on all the settings (excluding upnp - my router doesn't have upnp but that's okay, you can still play without it) The culprit was my DNS settings on my router. I USED to have google as my primary: 8.8.8.8 and Secondary: 8.8.4.4 but then one day I came across a post from someone who was on the same isp as myself that provided an alternate DNS address claiming it was faster and more reliable so I gave it a shot. Months passed by and I forgot about this change I made, my WIFI printer stopped working and I wasn't able to connect to other peoples games in system link. Anyway, long story short, I reverted back to using google DNS and everything is working again. Hope this helps someone out there.
