  1. be happy with what you have, it works. I'm not going to hold my breath for an update, blue isn't a good color on me. sure, the mods are working on it, when they feel like it. I'm sure the 'crew' has seriously dwindled from what it was back in the day, probably only 2 or 3 people actively working on this, when they feel like it. IMO, this project is not a priority to anyone and will get done when and if it gets done, I'm sure a lot of people have moved on to other things
  2. I'd rather see small incremental releases with ONE feature added at a time instead of the long wait, but that's just me, everyone else has moved on to ps4 and xbox one
  3. I hate to say it, but I tend to agree with felida, mid to late 2017 if ever. the 360 'scene' is pretty stagnant, even the dash updates have been few and far between
  4. x360 is pretty much dead, as is aurora imo, I mean look at it, it's at v0.6b, do you honestly think it'll even get out of beta? freestyle dash never did and we were promised all kinds of updates/features for that as well. It (aurora/fsd) works and lets you play your games as well as 'emulate' xbox live for multi-player games. As swizzy said, if you want something better, go code your own, you'd stand a better chance at something 'new' instead of waiting for the update for aurora. All of this is only one reason I left the FSD scene. Just my $0.02, take it for what it's worth
  5. the xbox 360 scene is pretty dead and there doesn't seem to be much of a push to release 0.6, same happen to freestyle dash in the past
  6. I believe the 'grey' area that swizzy was referring to is the backing up of commercial discs.
  7. yes, if you're backing up your legally purchased copies, but even that is a grey area, and really, how many JTAG/RGH owners do you know that want it just for games from other regions and emulators?
  8. you run a RETAIL shop and push piracy? Isn't that kind of illegal? And I'd hate to guess how you benefit monetarily from all this :\
  9. yes, yes it was, never said it was Aurora days, just saying that I 'was' a beta tester and that yes, donations ARE nice, but they don't really speed up the process
  10. You're definitely wrong, take a look at the last version of FSD in the 'about' screen and you'll see ^Wulfgar^ listed, that my dear man is me. I've been around the scene for a LOT longer than you probably, I was in the IRC channel when it was first created
  11. yes, donating is a good idea, but it does NOT increase the number of releases or the frequency of releases, it MAY get you mentioned as a donor in the next release, but that's about it imo, and yes, I've donated in the past and USED to be a beta tester
  12. really, if it was that simple, many would have done it already. And as you pointed out, the company could come after you legally and you'd be in BIG trouble
  13. how would it depend on the environment? 65c is 65c whether you're in a hot environment or cold environment
  14. I've found that setting a threshold of 65C to be the 'sweet spot' when setting temps in dashlaunch
  15. download latest dashlaunch, extract and copy to your hdd and then run the installer via f3 file manager
