  1. Correct me if I am wrong, but I've saw someone commenting extreme cases like 8GB iso converted to 1-2GB GoD (I've read that most of the time when removing the padding around 1 to 3 gb are freed). So is it possible to convert GoD formatted game to ISO, then from ISO to GoD with removed padding? I've tried converting the games from GoD to ISO using god2iso, but no luck with most of the games.

  2. Hello guys, can you tell me the easiest/fastest way of reducing the size of the games who are GOD formatted (I've messed up for some of the games by selecting the mode to be NONE which made them use 8.15GB space). I've tried converting the GOD games using GOD2ISO then ISO2GOD but it didn't worked for most of the games (I wasn't able to load the newly created ISO with ISO2GOD). Any help will be appreciated, thanks in advanced! :) P.S. What do you recommend me to use more XEX format or GOD?

  3. Cuz I am using PascalCase not camelCase for the other folders and only the content folder is using camelCase :D

So if I want to make is PascalCase I have to mess up with the Kernel? Nah better not touch that, but thanks for the info guys! :)

BTW most of the videos I see they have it PascalCase, dayum my OCD kicks in hard :D

I wonder if it is hard to make it or if there is a big possibility I might mess up something?

  4. Hi, since FSD is no longer being maintained you won't be able to download Covers and TU's trough the console and you won't be able to connect to System LiNK in the feature because the people who are maintaining those couple of stuff will shut down LiNK's server and will use Nova (imagine it like LiNK 2.0) and FSD won't be compatible with it. So my suggestion is to use Aurora instead because it is still being developed and has all of the features that you are probably looking for (Covers, TU's, LiNK, Emulators, Faster Boot Time ,Large variety of custom made skins and so on..) .

How to setup Aurora with System LiNK

  5. Sorry, no idea. I wouldn't make it too big though. Tripling it is about as big as I would go to keep the skin at a decent size. What size is the audio at now?

Maybe some other people with more skin building experience can give some answers, I don't dabble too much with Aurora skins.

I'm still not even 100% that there is a fade, have you tested? Only takes a minute to re-author, package and toss it on the 360.

The thing is that I am currently not at home, and I won't be home for the next week too, so I cannot test it right now :/ Well I mean I am planning to edit some skin and use it for myself since it won't be fair to take some skin from someone who made this and post it with just the song switched.

  6. what do you mean the build in mp3 player ?? or what

More like, if I put this music file in some Aurora Skin that supports background music (by replacing the default one), will it be playing without me noticing me the beginning and the ending of the track.

  7. Is the xbox360/Aurora able of playing an audio file which the start and the end of the song matches if they are looped perfectly.. My question is, is there a delay between each starting of a new song or not, and if there is, is there a way to remove it. (I've test the song which couple of players on my PC and it sounds perfect if the player have this option.)

I am not sure if this is the right category to ask this question, if it isn't sorry I didn't know.

  8. From 1:48 to 3:50 and from 11:35 to 12:12 is the thing you are looking for. Its shown how to make this work with USB Stick but you can do it with FTP connection as well.

Here is how to do it if you don't have an USB Stick.

You have to install FileZilla Client (or some other FTP Client you like)

In the server bar you write your console IP (192.168.X.X the X should be replaced) at the username and password field you write xboxftp and for port write 21 then click connect. After that you go to Hdd1 and the place where you installed Aurora then Skins and copy the XZP file in there. Go to your XBOX 360 and follow the video from 11:35 to 12:12

  9. Emulators don't need to go into any specific folder, it's recommended to be something like "device:\Emulators\<one folder for each emulator>", that way you'll know these are emulators, and you can easily tell Aurora this folder only contains emulators...

Ok I am not here to argue or anything, I was just trying to help him and the screenshot was just to show how does the path will probably look like if he is following the steps of the video strictly until it gets to the FSD part and since its working for me and he is asking for help I don't see why I shouldn't share it. I should probably stop replying to you since its turning into an off topic.

So I am gonna finish it with this Swizzy is right, you can copy the emulator on some other location that you've chose and add the correct content path, but if you are following every step shown in the video until it gets to the FSD part you should be fine too.

  10. That video is for FSD and not Aurora, but... in Aurora you simply set the "Script Data" to the pre-defined "Emulators"

Well part of the video is showing how and where to copy the files and the screenshot is to show him how the settings should look like in Aurora so its like half of the video is relevant and the other part isn't :)

  11. well.. for on same screen games.. try bomberman.. ALWAYS a fun multiplayer game.. lolz.. it's for nes on up.. so that covers EMU..

diablo 3 is better systemlinking, as someone doing something doesn't freeze your screen every 3 seconds.. lmao

Thanks for the answer but I am looking for couch coop not system link one :/
