  1. haha.. obviously more than you know.. i guess best place to start would be google "what is the difference between linux and windows"

NO i wasnt think about that :haha: i was thinking what i can do on linux about xbox

  2. lol Win 10 has some minor issues.. that some people might not like.. but seeing as most cell phones do the EXACT same thing.. kind of pointless to bitch about.. now what's even more funny, the NSA has been in windows since XP.. but yeah..

Win 10 "COULD" have issues, as there has been issues with drivers and such, but i've used 10 for a while now.. and most of the RGH stuff works just fine.. i haven't tested my dvd drive flashing stuff.. that required you to disable signed drivers.. but yeah everything else works fine..

Edit: is win 10 more "optimized" than 7.. maybe not.. but it sure is a less resource heavy OS compared to 7.. kind of like how 7 was to vista..

So what I can do with my Linux computer?

  3. You use linux and have major issues understanding some of the fundamental basics of the usage of a Xbox 360 with RGH/JTAG?!

I guess you're only using Ubuntu because someone installed that for you as an alternative to using windows...

No because I was have Windows 7 and it was lagging and I had alot of problems then I installed Ubuntu and I am thinking to move to Windows 10 because I heard that its more stable and optimized

  4. You can't open the launch.ini straight away except on the computer...

    Just 2 ways...

Copy the launch.ini to the computer and edit it on there or use dashlaunch to make the changes and SAVE the new settings.

But i don't know how to connect and I have Ubuntu computer

  5. Yes you do, NXE is the original Xbox 360 Dashboard... if you autoboot Aurora, press and hold RB when you're about to exit to dash, and it'll not launch Aurora and instead launch NXE like it normally does...

    How to autoboot?

  6. You need to enable the last one, you don't need all TU's... you can only use one TU at a time anyways...

If you have the latest one enabled, and it still shows TU 0 check that it is OK in NXE... (it'll show as "Corrupted" if it's bad...)

On Aurora i made that last one is enabled but still on FSD3 and Aurora it says TU version 0 and I cant anymore see hosts in game !!!

  7. You were asking what ports were being used, that link tells you all you need to know...

Actually I have found that I have problem with TU because every time it shows TU version 0 but I downloaded all!!!???

  8. The ports have nothing to do with your country, it's down to what your ISP has blocked and what they allow mostly... or what is used by other things in your network already...

Dammed, how i can check which ports are mostly used?

  9. Just because you are able to connect to the internet, and it might seem fast to you, doesn't mean it's "GOOD" a good connection is one that works with most things without a hassle, which isn't particularly common in most cases, the ppl that have a GOOD connection are ppl that work with this stuff and fix it on their own, making it work properly...

For instance, using the router that came with your ISP isn't going to be all that good, it's a decent router that just works for most common things such as browsing the web, using streaming services such as netflix etc. etc. but, for things like LiNK you may need a slightly better router which gives you more control of things...

Also, fast speeds don't mean it's a good internet connection, just because you can download something very quickly doesn't mean your connection is stable, it may drop ALOT of connections, in my books that's a BAD connection... it might also be slow with the response time despite being fast when it actually connects...

Since you are having connection issues with other ppl, your connection probably isn't as good as you think it is...

    You are quite right!

  10. If your router is set to 3071/3072, then those should be used in Aurora... however, they might not work for everyone, so try other ports... open them in your router...

They're only used for hosting tho, not for playing... problems playing means your connection is no good...

My connection is good, can you tell me in which"number" should i change port?

  11. For TUs, use Aurora.

And for "unable to join" try change ports in Aurora/Fsd plugings.

I have also that problem on COD GHOSTS(i have compatibility pack 1 and 2) and i cant still play it it also kicks me and say that?

Btw.in which "number" i should change port in Aurora if i am in router set 3071 and 3072,on verifying everything  is correct(pass)?

  12. Any non-standard ports, some have had better results with higher ports such as 10001, 10002 basically, you're looking for a port that isn't used by another service you might be using...

Once try 4071 and 4072. If doesnt work, try 5071 and 5072

On router and Xbox i setted ports 3071 and 3072 and i have also compatibility pack 1 and 2 and still i cant play it,after ....CONNECTING...5 it kicks me and says unable to connect to host!

  13. PC Gaming takes alot more skills then this shit we've been telling you about, you're saying things that just don't add up...

Being unable to read what i tell you, i told you twice in this thread to read my signature, have you done that yet? probably not...

I said to you-i am not lazy I read it and everything is now fine i fixed it,thank you for help!
