Just a shot in the dark but check the resistor next to the hana chip,I had a slim that wouldn't power up checked that and replaced it booted up like normal

I didn't use a online profile,so I know it works with offline

I only had to add 8 fs but I also enable fakelive,worked like a charm

Games with gold you have to convert them,use god2iso then use iso2god then transfer back to the Xbox,then they will work I do it all the the time
