I can't access dashlaunch any other ways?

How do I remove it ,if I can't open it?

I recently sent my Xbox 360 for RGH and I tried making a GTA V mod/trainer a plugin and I saved it and then GTA stopped working and dashlaunch freezes my Xbox everytime I try to start it up
