Use xma2encode.exe on the Xbox 360 command prompt. Just typing "xma2encode" will bring up a list of options.

Flash your console with a nand image that last worked correctly.If that doesn't fix it then i would look into a replacement fan

Do you guys have any future plans to add support for unsupported games have a few misc rooms or something? Because this can cause a few problems when trying to link on games like Halo 3 Beta, Halo Reach Beta, and a few other games Also are you planning to add a real friends list and messaging? Thanks
