I can't laptop on repairs Is there no way to update it On fsd

Hi I have fsd 3 rev58 I want to update it but I can't. no updates are showing plz help me how to update it or send a link how to update

I've always wandered what can system LiNK actually do compare to what can xbox live do. Will I be able to play games online like Gta v,fifa,NFS most wanted 12 on multiplayer? Can I like actually use microphone to communicate while playing a game with friends? What can you do? And can't?
