You need to add m4v and mp4 to the stream extensions in the XBOX360.conf in universal media server and the 360 will play them

you can use the built in media player that your xbox already has. Here are the files for it http://bit.ly/QPquNr Use http://www.universalmediaserver.com/ on a PC with your video files on it and it will stream to the 360.
