Old post but i will bring it back up. If it boots to just a black screen, most of the time all per console data should still be intact. You need to use Hxd or any other hex editor and pull all per console data of the dump and add into a valid dump the reflash. If you come across them in the future i do bad flash repairs i can help you.

you need a donor kv, your dump and jrunner. You want to build a nand without nanddump.bin in jrunner using a donor KV. then patch the nand image(in jrunner advanced>patch nand) with the original DVD key.

its your dvd key then. Do you have a dump of the system before the update? Your system might be one of the ones that microsoft jacked up because someone didn't pay their obligate year of live service and the key was swapped with a donor. If that's the case you need to patch the dvd key.

Try to manually install your title update first and see if that fixes it. Also make sure the host has ping patch enabled in dashlaunch.

I picked up a few corona v4's the other day. One of them just refuses to glitch. I get 5 attempts and the debug led just stops, nothing in com monitor. Never had this issue out of the 100+ RGH's i have done. I tried different wire lengths, swapped my postfix adapter, desoldered everything and started over. I tried 2 different coolrunners both official. Its not in my soldering i been soldering for a long time now. What could be the issue???
