  1. np, enjoy your full library
  2. Hi, Aurora keeps it's data in it's own folder. How does your folder structure look? What are your scan path settings (mainly path + scan depth) Does the root folder contain a xex (or xbe)? Aurora's scan depth setting is a max depth setting, if you have: scanpath: hdd\folder, scandepth: 2 you can have: hdd\folder\game1\default.xex (Extracted) hdd\folder\game2\disc1\default.xex (Extracted) hdd\folder\game2\disc2\default.xex (Extracted) hdd\folder\game3\00007000\abcdef1234567890 (GOD) and it will find them all, BUT if you put another defaul.xex in hdd\folder\game2\default.xex, it will ignore the disc1 and disc2 folders because a game is already found. If you'd happen to have a default.xex in hdd\folder it would only find that one, but you can add "deeper" games by adding them individually. You don't happen to have an Assassins Creed II xex in your \Xbox360\System\Hdd1\Games folder?
  3. Moved it to "other topics" as its not a tutorial. If your xbox is modded, you can play gta with trainers, be invinsible, get unimited cash, etc
  4. Hi, you can still see it as main page @ http://xboxunity.net/
  5. You only need to be logged into Unity if you want to use LiNK or if you want to PUSH covers from the unity site. For Aurora to download covers/tu's etc, login is not required. I do think you need to disable the Live Strong block in DashLaunch. As for issues with downloading, if LiNK has 200+ users online, we are experiencing database issues, which means getting covers will also return errors. Best try again when LiNK is less busy (you can see the user count on top of the xboxunity site).
  6. It never loads them all, each cover loaded requires a certain amount of memory. 100 covers at the same time was an acceptable amount between covers on screen / memory used. When you MOVE, it loads covers on the side you move to and unloads them on the side you are moving away from. There are never more than 100 loaded.
  7. This is a hardcoded limit, most layouts don't have more than 100 covers in view
  8. I've checked the documentation for ConnectX and basically it states it only supports the Windows Vista/7 implementation of SMB, so it could be the fact that you are on linux.... If you can test it on a Windows share, then we'll know for sure.
  9. This would happen when multiple xboxes access the same file (or any other program) with exclusive access. Do you have an Aurora 0.5 in your network that also launches this title? Or any other program that keeps the file open without providing access?
  10. they were added, although we are looking into fixing the titleid for PES 2018
  11. It is possible, but not using aurora and link at the moment. you would need a tool like xbslink or xlink kai, because traffic has to be caught on the pc fot the retail console. The retail console also has to be the host, due to the ping limit (there can be only 1 retail console, unless the retail consoles are all within 30ms ping of the host) Link would have to be turned of on the hacked consoles for it to work with a pc tool as well.
  12. When you overwrite with a file smaller than the original file, the file is not shrunk. The data of the old file remains at the end. So overwiting a txt file containing "Hello world" with "Hi world", you will end up with a file that contains "Hi worldrld". For some files this doesn't break anything, others will no longer work (for example xex files)
  13. It's on the list, but there is a bug in the one from FSD (when you overwrite files it can corrupt them) and it doesn't play nice with Link...
  14. We are busy busy people sometimes we post previews when stuff is 80% done, and then some major real life stuff happens and we end up having Aurora on hold for a few months. That's just the way it is when you get old We are still working on getting 0.7 out, so bare with us.
  15. This is a bug in Aurora, it is fixed in 0.7. While the plugin does the switching, Aurora gives it the wrong paths for connectx, that is why fsd works for either location and aurora only for local games
  16. The covers are coming from XboxUnity.net, but rest comes from Microsoft. You probably have Live Block and Live Strong enabled in DashLauch. Turn of Live Strong and try again.
  17. I remember it needed to be wmv at some point, don;t know if that is still the case...
  18. it looks like the file names arent actually gotten from the scanned ones, but from xboxunity.net. we have been having a lot of server issues, so it could be the file never got downloaded properly. Check the aurora data dir for titlecache.list, if it is there delete it and try again. if not you could copy that file from your 0.5b version maybe...
  19. i checked the code, and there are some restrictions... the titleid folders have to be in the content\0000000000000000 folder and the title has to be available in the database (so the content path has to be added as a scanpath)
  20. more info would be needed... your settings, the logging, etc... did you perhaps switch to a filter with RB/LB that has no games?
  21. Everything has already been answered
